of specialty metals serves high-end customers in a variety of
industries, including:
- Aerospace and defense
- Auto racing
- Food and beverage
- Medical devices
- Oilfield equipment
- Power generation
The Company has grown rapidly since their founding in 2017 and is
now at an inflection point where a Director of Sales and Marketing
is needed to take ownership of leading and guiding the inside sales,
outside sales and marketing professionals.

Preferred Experience / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant area

At least five years of experience in a B-to-B sales leadership
position

At least ten years of post-college work experience that includes
sales and account management experience
- A track record of results / business growth
- A stable employment history
- Hands-on, coaching leadership style, without micromanaging

Projects a presence and personality that inspires confidence,
encourages high morale, and invites subordinates to be open with
him or her

Details
Reporting directly to the Company President, the new Director of
Sales and Marketing will:

Lead a team of seven - five inside sales people, an outside
salesperson and a marketing coordinator

Lead the sales function - providing leadership, coaching,
direction, assistance and accountability

Develop sales strategies, select technology tools and sales
training to achieve business and sales goals

Monitor and act on industry trends and competitor activities

Develop and lead the marketing function, including digital. This
will include market research, client meetings, strategic plan
development, SEO, messaging and internal and external
communications

With firm leadership, develop goals and forecasts and then
periodically report on sales and marketing results

Represent the firm at selected industry and community events
- Be personally involved with sales and account management
